Location of works: Southern Counties

A permanent job working Monday to Friday – 45 hour working week, van & fuel card, overtime available.

Requirements:

Multiskilled Oil, Gas & Plumbing Engineer must be Oftec & Gas-safe graded for inclusion under an appropriate Health & Safety qualification and be the holder of a current CITB/HVAC Card.

Skill Set:

• Having leadership abilities including but not restricted to site management, interpretation of technical scopes of works including drawings.
• Practical knowledge within the Electrical Industry.
• Having good written and spoken communication skills.
• Having interpersonal abilities.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge about National and European Legislation & Regulations.
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Oil & Gas Regulations
• Full Driving Licence
• Excellent timekeeping

Job Description:

Ability to complete carry our gas, oil plumbing services and responsive maintenance, repairs, etc. to domestic & industrial properties to ensure they are maintained to a high standard

To be able to work in a safe and efficient manner, this includes Inspections, Fault Finding, Reactive, Repairs & Pre-planned Maintenance and New Installations.

Qualifications

Qualification’s to include but not limited to:

Commercial Gas – CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CDGA1, CORT1

Domestic Gas – CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, UVHW1

City & Guilds – NVQ Level 2 & 3 – Domestic Natural Gas

City & Guilds (craft certificate) in Plumbing/Mechanical

City & Guilds (advanced craft certificate) in Plumbing/Mechanical

Institute of Plumbing

Hot water storage systems

Unvented Hot Water Systems
